sales tax

what is the sales tax?


Wisconsin sales tax will be added to every purchase made.





shipping

what is the shipping policy?


orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm CST will be processed + shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed Saturday + Sunday will be processed the next business day.





returns + damages

what is the return policy?


+ 14 days with original tags for full refund.
+ anything after 14 days will receive in store credit. + all merchandise being returned must be un-washed, un-scented, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached upon return. + all mark down and sale items are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return.
+ a receipt is required for a return. + please email hello@maxwellroseboutique.com your reason for returning your item(s). + you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. + shipping costs are non-refundable.




what is the policy for damaged items?


+ damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. + please email a picture of the damage to hello@maxwellroseboutique.com, someone from our team will assist you as soon as possible.
